SSC Result 2012 Published Today [86.37pc pass have broken all records]

The results of this year’s Secondary School Certificate (SSC) examinations have broken all records with 86.37 percent success rate, private TV channel ATN Bangla reports.

The combined pass rate of all the 10 education boards, including, Dakhil examinations under Madrasa Board and SSC vocational examinations under Technical Education Board, is 86.37 percent, 4.21 point higher than that of last year.

‘Super Moon’ through the night sky

super-moonA “supermoon” has graced the skies, appearing bigger and brighter than usual, as it comes closer to the Earth – and is likely to bring higher tides.

The phenomenon, known as a perigee full moon, means the Moon appears up to 14% bigger and 30% brighter than when it is furthest from the planet.

The optimum effect was seen – cloud permitting – at 04:30 BST (03:30 GMT).

Stop the Tomari nuclear power without leaving Japan

Tomari-nuclear-power-japanJapan is shutting down its last nuclear reactor work, as part of efforts to achieve security, since the March 2011 tsunami triggered a crisis in the plant in Fukushima.

The third reactor in the plant Tomari in Hokkaido Prefecture close for routine maintenance.

Leave Japan without nuclear energy for the first time in more than 40 years.

The police cracked down hard on the battery-run rickshaws
